Depending on how you shop with us, this may include:

• Phone and WhatsApp number
• Shipping and billing address
• Order, product and delivery details

How we use it

We use customer information for order fulfilment, customer support, delivery coordination, essential order communication and optional order updates where requested. We do not use a WhatsApp number to send automated messages unless that capability and consent process are introduced later.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Forema does not store your full card, mobile-money or other payment credentials. Paystack processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to process payments, deliver orders, host the store or send transactional messages. Records are retained only for operational, support and legal needs.
