Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch or collection within 1–2 business days. We’ll contact you if an order needs additional time or delivery information.
Pickup in Gbawe
Pickup is free. Collection is from Gbawe, and the exact pickup details will be shared after your order is confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect an order.
Accra & nearby delivery
Delivery within Accra and approved nearby areas is priced according to the confirmed destination and displayed during checkout. Forema may contact you to confirm the address, landmark or delivery directions.
Nationwide delivery
Nationwide delivery fees and timelines are quoted separately. Forema will confirm the courier arrangement and charge before dispatch.
Address accuracy and re-delivery
Wrong, incomplete or unreachable delivery details may delay an order. Additional charges may apply when a courier must make another delivery attempt. Updates are provided by email and, where requested and available, WhatsApp.
