These practical terms apply when you browse or place an order with Forema.

Products, pricing and availability

Product prices are shown in Ghana cedi. Availability may change before checkout is completed, and an order is accepted only after payment and order confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalogue error before accepting an order.

Orders and customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and billing information. We may contact you to verify an order or delivery detail. Orders affected by unavailable stock, failed payment or unverifiable information may be declined or canceled.

Delivery and returns

Delivery, pickup, returns and refunds are governed by the policies linked on this site. Courier timelines may be affected by circumstances reasonably outside Forema’s control.

Site use and intellectual property

Forema’s site design, written content and brand materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Reasonable limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forema is not responsible for indirect loss arising from site interruption, courier delay or use of a product outside its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
